For the last few months, I’ve had 30 more pounds to lose to get to my goal weight.

And I gave up. I just stopped. I stopped eating well, I stopped working out.

And I’m done with that, for real this time.

I was sabotaging myself and I’m over it.

Today starts a new beginning.

I will achieve my goal. It’s going to take a little longer, but I’ll get there.

And I can’t wait.
